Welcome to Wyke Start
Wyke Start for A Level and BTEC Level 3 students is a three day event beginning 9am, Monday 2nd July. For GSCE, BTEC Level 2 and Foundation students, Wyke Start is a single day event at 9am, Wednesday 4th July. It’s an opportunity to try out your course choice and a great way to become familiar with the new college campus.

Travelling to Wyke Start
All the college transport services are FREE during Wyke Start and students who use other forms of public transport will be reimbursed. Please ensure that you retain your tickets if you wish to be reimbursed.
All of these bus services will run during Wyke Start and term time from September 2012. During Wyke Start all services will depart college at 3.45pm.
If you are travelling to Wyke by car, parents are advised to drop-off students on Bricknell Avenue to avoid congesting the driveway or to use the drop-off zone at the side of the Oak building. There are moped and bicycle parking areas for students on campus but there are no student car parking facilities.
926 South Bank - new for 2012
The College will be introducing a brand new service for students travelling from the South Bank area during Wyke Start and from September 2012.
The service will commence in Winterton and travel to the College via South Ferriby and Barton every morning and make the return journey every evening (term time only).
Fares will be £1 each way (£10 per week).
75 Withernsea to Wyke College - new for 2012
EYMS will be introducing a brand new service for students travelling from the Holderness area during Wyke Start and from September 2012.
The service will commence in Withernsea and travel to the College via Hollym, Patrington, Ottringham,Keyingham, Burstwick, Thorngumbald, Hedon, Marfleet Lane, Southcoates Lane & Interchange
Fares will be £1 each way (£10 per week).
Market Weighton - new for 2012
The College will be introducing a brand new minibus service for students travelling from Market Weighton and the surrounding area during Wyke Start and from September 2012.
The service will commence in Market Weighton and travel to the College via Walkington, Little Weighton and Skidby every morning and make the return journey every evening (term time only).
Fares will be £1 each way (£10 per week)
