Wyke is looking to recruit a confident and capable Senior Administration Assistant to work as part of the Central Service team to achieve the College’s strategic priorities.
• This post would suit an experienced administrator who can prioritise a busy workload effectively, re-prioritising swiftly throughout the day.
• The role requires someone with clear communication skills and who is able to deal with all queries from students, parents, staff and external organisations in a confident and professional manner.
• You should have strong I.T. skills and high standards of verbal and written communication, giving you the ability to compile high-quality presentations, reports, correspondence and other documentation.
• The successful candidate will have a track record of taking a calm, solution-focused approach to situations, always maintaining high standards and remaining student focused.
