  2. The Corporation was established under the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 for the purposes of conducting Wyke Sixth Form College. The College is an exempt charity for the purposes of the Charities Act 1993. The Corporation was incorporated as a Sixth Form College. We have notified the Office of the Information Commissioner of our data processing activities.
